In this series you will receive updated state data, information on programs and advocacy efforts to address equal pay, and policies to further address the pay equity in Maine.
The second session brings together policy advocates to talk about the impact the wage gap has on Maine’s communities. Advocacy organizations will discuss both the impact the wage gap has on Maine’s workforce and communities, and the policies and programs they prioritize to clear a path toward pay equity.
